We will explore an ancient path of meditation that invites us to embrace all of who we are as a means toward a blissful life. In this moment in history, as a society, our perspective of what is possible is extremely narrow. Meditation can help us unlock the habits and conditioning that are holding us back from experiencing pleasure in all aspects of our life.

This class is different every month to give you a unique 'date night' experience with your partner.
