Integration...

This month I am holding the space for integration and understanding of how to embody all that woman is, and yet still live a modern life. Pulled and swayed by my longing for 'success', I have noticed that I often abandon my body and my inner-wisdom in order to 'get things done'. It feels more and more essential for me to remember what it means to know and care for this woman, me. As my mother always says, 'On the plane they remind you in case of emergency to put the oxygen on yourself first, then on those around you who may need assistance'.

We are so ingrained in the belief that the important stuff is outside of us, that it has become a bold and daring move to even ask what we ourselves need.

The following upcoming classes are an invitation to all to discover what it is to be present. Present to what our body is telling us, present to our own wisdom, and then in turn, present to those we share our lives with.

I am expanding the classes that are available for women to go deeper into nurturing ourselves, consistently offering opportunities for men & women beginners to get a grasp of Tantra, and weekly 'Active Meditations' for everyone to experience which can be a simple and powerful step toward releasing tension and waking up to this moment.
