Returning from my couples retreat so much has been moving for me. Waves of opening deeper than ever before and contractions of closing in fear of the unknown.
Who am I? What is love?
Is love this defined 'relationship'? Does it begin and end when we 'get together' or 'break up'? Or is it something much more than this? Is love with me all the time? Is love available for me to share in every moment that I let my guard down and open my heart?
